James,

It's:  1 jar Currant Jelly (Smuckers makes one.)
       1 stick butter or margarine
       1 clove crushed garlic (or 1/4 t. powdered garlic)
       1 tablespoon Worchestershire

Heat together until jelly is melted.

Enjoy your venison.
